Our website is checked and updated on daily basis as prices are constantly being updated. However whilst we strive to ensure mistakes are kept to a minimum, mistakes will always occur. If you see a price on our website that's too good to be true - it usually is. We have a lo-call telephone number for which you only pay local rates irrespective of where you are calling from in the country - so if a price jumps out at you pick up the phone and give us a call so we can talk you through the specifics of the deal.
Lease prices are subject to change and are primarily calculated based on the cost of the car at the time an order is placed and its anticipated resale value at the end of the agreement taking in to account the mileage and length of contract also being chosen.

The time between placing your order and receiving your new car will depend on lead time from the car manufacturer. Our customer care team will provide you with an exact delivery date as soon as possible.
You don't. We deliver all our cars to a location convenient to our customer. Whilst we strive to deliver cars on vehicle transporters, this is not always possible so your new vehicle may arrive with up to 150 miles on the clock. This does not affect your allowable mileage within your contract as it won't start until you sign for your vehicle. Therefore if you are on a 30,000 mile contract and your vehicle arrives with 150 miles on the clock then your allowable mileage will be 30,150.
Yes, you are required to arrange the insurance of your new car as part of the terms and conditions of the agreement. This must be in place before our delivery driver hands over the keys of your new car.
Yes, all Dynamic Vehicle Solutions lease cars are supplied via UK mainland dealers so come with the full manufacturer's warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer so please check with our advisors if you need further detail.
The package includes all routine servicing and replacement tyres (not including punctures) for the duration of the agreement. Breakdown cover can be added to your contract although some some breakdown cover is usually included in the first year of the manufacturer's warranty. Please speak to one of our advisors for further information
If you opt for a non-maintained agreement all the service and maintenance costs will need to be covered by you. Additionally if you require breakdown cover beyond the cover provided through the manufacturer's warranty you would need to source this separately.
This is not a problem. When your lease car is collected at the end of the contract the mileage will be noted by our collection agent on the collection report. If the mileage driven exceeds that stated in your contract then an excess mileage charge will be applied. A pence per mile charge will be made clear to you when taking out the lease deal and will be explict within your lease agreement. If during the course of your agreement you wish to increase or even reduce your mileage simply get in contact as these changes can be easily made and your monthly payments altered accordingly (providing you have at least 6 months of your lease left to run)
We remain in contact with throughout the life of your contract with regular mileage reminders as to where you should be in relation to the terms of your contract. If your mileage differs significantly this will prompt us to consider a contract re-schedule to ensure it is the most cost-effective for you the customer.
All lease contracts state that an early termination fee is payable if the vehicle is handed back early. This is based on the market value of the vehicle when you want to end the contract and the number of months left for the contract to run. We can obtain a costing for you if required. There are however, some finance products that let you settle the finance early if you so wish. If you think this is a likely requirement talk to one of our sales team who can advise you of the best finance product for your needs
The anticipated resale value of the vehicle at the end of the agreeement assumes the car will be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines throughout the agreement and subsequently returned in good condition. When the vehicle is collected the collection agent will make an assessment of the vehicle's condition; a copy of the report will be given to you before the agent leaves with the car. Approximately 60% of Dynamic Vehicle Solutions business is in supplying company vehicle fleets. The remaining 40% comes from private indivuduals using either their own funds or who are taking advantage of car allowances from their employers.
