Q: What products and services do Dynamic Vehicle Solutions provide.
A: Whilst most of our business is Contract Hire we also offer, Personal Contract Hire (PCH), Personal Contract Purchase (PCP), Hire Purchase (HP), Lease Purchase, Finance Lease, Contract Purchase, Sale & Leaseback and Outright Purchase.

Q: How do I know I'm getting a competitive quote?
A: Dynamic Vehicle Solutions are the formal appointees of some of the UK's most powerful finance companies. These long-standing relationships allow us to monitor our rates constantly to ensure that we are competitive on all makes and models.
We also have direct relationships with many of the main manufacturers, which enables us to pass on our large fleet discounts directly to our customers.
Q: Can I use my local dealership?
A: Yes you can. However, it is important to remember that we have formal commercial agreements in place with all our vehicle suppliers so it is unlikely that your local dealer would be able to match the service or price we can obtain from our preferred suppliers.
Q: How do I go about ordering the vehicle with Dynamic Vehicle Solutions?
A: After our appraisal of your individual vehicle requirements and an analysis of the various funding options available to you we will send you by fax or email an official quotation. We would then proceed as follows:
- You approve our Quotation, informing us by fax or email.
- If you are taking out Finance for the vehicle we will send you a credit application form along with a vehicle order form to complete, sign and send back to us by email, fax or post.
Notes:
Corporate Application: We will need to see a copy of your latest audited accounts and may ask to see the most recent management accounts.
Personal Application: On receipt of your personal application, our underwriter may ask us to obtain additional personal information from you.
- We will send you the relevant Finance documents, which need to be completed and signed where indicated and returned to us with the documentation fee and the deposit cheque.
Following satisfactory receipt of all documentation and monies we will arrange delivery of your new vehicle to a pre-determined address anywhere in the UK Mainland.
At all times throughout the process we will provide you with regular updates on the progress of your order.
Q: How is a monthly payment calculated?
A: There are a number of variables taken into account when calculating a monthly payment. However, it is primarily determined by the cost of the vehicle, the length of the contract and the mileage covered during the contract period.
At Dynamic Vehicle Solutions, we are constantly monitoring these variables to ensure that our customers receive both competitive pricing and outstanding service.
Q: Can I terminate an agreement early if I so wish?
A: Yes, an agreement can be terminated at any time throughout the contract period but a penalty will be incurred. We will try to keep the costs to a minimum but as a guideline, you will be liable for around 40% of any outstanding rentals. GAP insurance can be arranged to safeguard against this eventuality and we would be happy to discuss this in detail at your convenience.
Q: Can I change the contracted mileage at any time?
A: Yes, at Dynamic Vehicle Solutions we can manage this for you. The contract can be re-written to take into account any variation although a new contract would need to be raised and the revised monthly payment would be amended accordingly. An administration charge would be incurred to raise a new contract.
Q: Who is responsible for insuring the vehicle?
A: The vehicle must be insured by the company or individual on a fully comprehensive basis.
Q: Am I supplied with the Road Fund Licence (RFL) for the duration of the contract.
A: If you have taken out a Contract Hire agreement you will receive the RFL for the duration of the contract. Other finance packages will provide the RFL for the first year only.
Q: Where do I get my vehicle serviced?
A: At your nearest Franchised Dealership or Manufacturer Approved Repair Centre. To protect your warranty cover vehicles must be serviced in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
Q: What happens at the end of my contract?
A: There are various options open to you, ranging from simply handing the vehicle back, to purchasing the vehicle. These options will vary depending on which method of finance you have opted for. We will be more than happy to advise you on the most appropriate course of action.
Q: Do I have to take out finance to purchase a vehicle through Dynamic Vehicle Solutions?
A: No, if you have secured your own finance or wish to outright purchase and you wish to take advantage of our buying power and manufacturer relationships we can source a vehicle of any make or model.
Q: Can Dynamic Vehicle Solutions source and quote on used vehicles?
A: Yes, we can. Whilst most of our business is directed towards the supply of new vehicles we stock and are able to source used and nearly new vehicles at extremely competitive prices. For further information please contact us.
Every used vehicle comes with the balance of the Manufacturers Warranty which in most instances will be whatever is left from 3 years from new or 60,000 miles, whichever falls sooner.
Q: Can Dynamic Vehicle Solutions source Vans as well as Cars?
A: Yes, we can. Our industry background and direct links with the major manufacturers means we are one of only a handful of companies who specialise in providing extremely competitive prices and advice on all Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs).
